Hi there!
I'm Romeo Montero (he/him), an award-winning freelance illustrator based in Washington Heights, NYC. I received my BFA in Illustration from Moore College of Art & Design in 2024.
My work gravitates towards nature, kids, animals, and Halloween. Blending texture, shape, and design, I craft illustrations that explore humor, softness, and curiosity.
On my down time, I go to local shows and head-bang the night away. I love surfing the web for new music and adding new CDs to my growing collection.
I am open for illustration inquiries. If you are interested in working together, please reach out to my agent, Jackie!
